7th Grade NewsThe seventh graders have continued to learn about Jesus and many of the amazing Holy men and women of the Catholic faith. The seventh graders learned about our Blessed Mother, Mary and why May is dedicated to Mary. The students learned about the Sermon on the Mount and the importance of the Beatitudes. They created a poster depicting one of the Beatitudes. The students also learned about some of the many miracles Jesus performed and the wonderful parables He taught to his followers. The students completed different webquests to learn about saints, Easter, Divine Mercy Sunday, Ascension, and Pentecost. The webquests gives the students an opportunity to use the internet to find information about different topics and watch interesting videos.
The seventh graders have learned many new things this year and worked together in teams and partners to create projects or complete different assignments. They used their talents to complete many amazing things-essays/articles, slideshows, art work, projects, and many more..
The Junior High teachers are proud of the seventh graders and all they have accomplished this year. We are looking forward to what they will do next year. Have a safe and great summer!
